  • Designed and facilitated Appreciative Leadership Summit and Coaching process for health care executives from around the US and for leadership marketing team of 11,000 employee health care organization.  Project length: On-going. 

  • Designed and facilitated Appreciative Inquiry Process for planning team of large community college system to provide innovative methodology for strategic planning.  Project length:  One month

  • Designed and facilitated Appreciative Leadership Summit with 40 community and university leaders focusing on developing appreciative leaders for powerful public partnerships.  Project length:  One month/on-going.

  • Designed and facilitated Appreciative Inquiry process with 140 community and university leaders focusing on creating synergistic partnerships and community engagement between a world renown city and university system. Project length: One year/on-going.

  • Developed executive coaching programs and delivered them to Senior Executives and Directors of Fortune 50 IT firms, numerous health care organizations, and small business owners.  Project length:  Six months/on-going  

  • Designed and conducted extensive Organization Assessment with 76 current and former members of a Fortune 50 Research Lab via individual interviews and focus groups in the US and abroad. Developed recommendations, facilitated management team meetings to design and execute recommendations, provided coaching to individual managers and delivered assessment findings to over 150 corporate research staff members. Developed project plan to assist with executing recommendations for improvement and assisted lab management in launching cultural enhancement team. Project length: 6 months

  • Established competency benchmarking, worked with management team to establish organization platform (vision, values, mission, purpose), developed and delivered management training, team development sessions and coached Managing Director on leadership strategy with translation company start-up reducing unwanted turnover by 35%, doubling staff each year, and readying company for acquisition by industry leader four years later. Project length: 4 years

  • Analyzed Organization Assessment data following merger of marketing division of Fortune 50 IT company, designed and served as lead facilitator of division off-site and facilitated the development of division operating principals and values. Project length: 1 month

  • Conducted interviews, designed and delivered off-site focusing on improving team effectiveness and communications with leadership team of national government training division and conducted follow up sessions. Project length: 3 months.

  • Conducted interviews, designed and delivered off-site focusing on creating a vision and improving communications and teamwork between city officials, elected officials and other critical stakeholders to improve effectiveness of city government. Project length: 1 month

  • Designed and facilitated extensive organization assessment for global IT start up in the US and abroad, provided one on one leadership feedback and coaching to executive team and assisted Executive Team in designing organization platform. Project length: 5 months

  • Developed Leadership Readiness Survey, designed off-site and served as lead facilitator of two-day worldwide Leadership Summit of 25 international chapter presidents of Fortune 50 organization with a 92% effectiveness rating. Project length: 2 weeks

  • Designed and delivered over 100 coaching/leadership development programs to sales/customer service leadership teams of a national office products company and facilitated team development sessions with these leaders and their teams. Received an overall 95% trainer effectiveness rating resulting in a 20% reduction in turnover. Project length: 2 years
